Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles within New York City and surrounding areas
- Adhere strictly to DOT regulations and company safety protocols
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
- Maintain accurate delivery documentation and logs
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and clients
- Assist with loading/unloading when required
- Represent NYC Logistics Solutions with professionalism at all times
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or B Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
- Clean driving record with no major violations
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Basic knowledge of NYC traffic regulations
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Willingness to work flexible schedules including early mornings
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- No prior commercial experience necessary
