Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles to transport goods across San Diego County
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety compliance
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and paperwork as per FMCSA regulations
- Provide exceptional customer service during loading/unloading operations
- Adhere strictly to DOT safety protocols and company policies
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and team members
- Represent the company professionally at all client locations
Qualifications
- Valid California driver's license
- No CDL experience required – we provide paid training!
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Strong work ethic and commitment to safety
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
- Willingness to work flexible hours including early mornings
- Clean driving record with no major violations
- Basic math and communication skills
