Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles following DOT regulations and company safety protocols
- Deliver goods to designated locations within the tri-state area
- Conduct pre-trip inspections and basic vehicle maintenance checks
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and clients
- Adapt to changing routes and delivery schedules
- Uphold exceptional customer service standards
Qualifications
- Valid New York State driver's license (Class D)
- Ability to obtain CDL-A or CDL-B within 90 days of hire
- Pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Basic math and communication skills
- Willingness to work flexible schedules including weekends
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- No DUI convictions in past 5 years
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
