Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles following DOT regulations and company safety protocols
- Complete pre-trip inspections and maintain accurate trip logs
- Load/unload cargo with proper handling and documentation
- Adhere to delivery schedules and optimize route efficiency
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and clients
- Report maintenance issues and vehicle performance
- Participate in ongoing safety training programs
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL license or willingness to obtain one
- Minimum 21 years of age
- Pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Clean driving record (no major violations in past 3 years)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions
