Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles and deliver freight across designated routes
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure compliance
- Maintain accurate logs and documentation per DOT regulations
- Collaborate with dispatch to optimize delivery schedules
- Represent Swift professionally with customers and at delivery locations
- Adhere to all safety protocols and traffic laws
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or B Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
- Minimum 21 years of age
- Clean driving record with no major violations
- Pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and climb into trailer beds
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends
