Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles (Class A CDL required) to transport goods across Arizona and neighboring states
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections ensuring compliance with DOT regulations
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation using our digital tracking system
- Provide exceptional customer service during loading/unloading and delivery interactions
- Adapt routes for weather conditions and traffic to maintain on-time delivery schedules
- Collaborate with dispatch team to optimize efficiency and resolve transit issues
- Participate in ongoing safety training and certification programs
Qualifications
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with clean driving record
- Minimum 1 year commercial driving experience or willingness to complete paid training
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Basic knowledge of cargo securement and weight distribution principles
- Strong time management and route navigation skills
- Excellent communication abilities for client and team interactions
- Flexibility for regional overnight travel (2-3 nights per week)
