Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles to transport goods throughout the Bay Area
- Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation
- Adhere strictly to FMCSA regulations and safety protocols
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and clients
- Assist with loading/unloading cargo as needed
- Participate in ongoing safety training programs
Qualifications
- Valid California Commercial Driver's License (CDL) Class A or B
- Clean driving record with no major violations
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance
- Strong communication and time-management skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including early mornings
