Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles to transport goods within San Diego County and Southern California
- Conduct pre-trip inspections and maintain accurate vehicle maintenance logs
- Adhere strictly to DOT regulations and company safety protocols
- Load/unload freight efficiently with proper equipment usage
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and clients regarding delivery status
- Maintain clean driving record and complete required documentation
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or B Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
- Minimum 21 years of age
- Clean driving record (no major violations in past 3 years)
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Basic knowledge of San Diego metro area roadways
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including early mornings
