Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles to deliver freight across designated routes in Arizona
- Perform pre/post-trip inspections and maintain accurate vehicle maintenance logs
- Coordinate with dispatch team for efficient route planning and delivery scheduling
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions and issue resolution
- Adhere to DOT regulations, safety protocols, and company policies
- Assist with loading/unloading shipments using proper equipment and techniques
- Complete required paperwork and digital documentation for each delivery
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) required
- Minimum 1 year professional driving experience preferred
- Clean MVR (no major violations in past 3 years)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout shift
- Basic navigation skills and familiarity with Phoenix metro area
- Strong time management and organizational abilities
- Pass background check and drug screening
- High school diploma or equivalent required
