Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages and goods to customers throughout Boston and surrounding areas
- Maintain accurate delivery records and obtain customer signatures for proof of delivery
- Perform pre-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
- Optimize delivery routes using GPS navigation to ensure timely arrivals
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols
- Manage inventory and handle returns/exchanges as required
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record (3+ years)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk for extended periods
- Smartphone proficiency for delivery tracking and communication
- Previous delivery or logistics experience preferred
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Must have reliable transportation to depot
