Responsibilities
- Operate commercial vehicles (Class A CDL) safely and efficiently to deliver freight on time and within budget.
- Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure compliance with DOT regulations.
- Load and unload cargo securely, adhering to all safety protocols and weight restrictions.
- Maintain accurate logs (ELD/MVR) and complete all necessary documentation accurately.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch, customers, and team members to ensure smooth operations.
- Uphold the company’s high standards for safety and customer service at all times.
Qualifications
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL A) required.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Ability to pass a Department of Transportation (DOT) physical exam and drug screen.
- Ability to pass a background check (MVR) and maintain a clean driving record.
- Willingness to undergo paid training programs for drivers with no prior experience.
- Strong work ethic, time management skills, and a commitment to safety.
