Responsibilities
- Safely operate dump trucks and heavy equipment at construction sites and material yards
- Pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety compliance
- Load/unload construction materials (gravel, sand, asphalt) using proper techniques
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation
- Adhere to DOT regulations and company safety protocols
- Collaborate with site supervisors for efficient operations
- Perform minor vehicle maintenance and report issues promptly
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record (minimum 2 years)
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Willingness to obtain CDL Class A/B through our paid training
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in outdoor conditions
- Basic mechanical aptitude preferred
- No prior CDL required – training provided!
