Responsibilities
- Safely operate dump trucks to transport construction materials, debris, and bulk goods
- Conduct daily vehicle inspections and maintenance checks
- Load/unload materials using proper equipment and safety procedures
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation
- Adhere strictly to DOT regulations and local traffic laws
- Collaborate with dispatch teams for efficient route planning
- Train new drivers during your mentorship phase
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license (Class A/B CDL not required initially)
- Minimum 21 years of age
- Clean driving record (no major violations in 3 years)
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screening
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work outdoors in various weather conditions
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong work ethic and commitment to safety
