Responsibilities
- Safely operate dump trucks and construction vehicles on job sites and public roads
- Perform daily vehicle inspections and maintenance checks
- Load/unload construction materials following safety protocols
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation
- Adhere to all DOT regulations and company safety standards
- Coordinate with site supervisors and team members
- Operate equipment in various weather and terrain conditions
Qualifications
- Valid Class B CDL or willingness to obtain through our paid training program
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Clean driving record (minimum 3 years)
- Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in outdoor conditions
- Basic math skills for load calculations and documentation
- Reliable transportation to our Boston training facility
