Responsibilities
- Safely operate dump trucks for material transport on construction sites and haul routes
- Conduct pre/post-trip inspections and maintain accurate vehicle maintenance logs
- Load/unload materials using hydraulic controls while adhering to weight regulations
- Navigate complex job sites and urban routes in Scottsdale metro area
- Follow strict safety protocols and DOT compliance standards
- Coordinate with dispatch teams for real-time route adjustments
- Complete delivery documentation and maintain digital trip logs
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL with clean MVR (no major violations in 3 years)
- Minimum 2 years dump truck or heavy equipment operation experience
- Ability to pass DOT physical and random drug screenings
- Familiarity with Arizona roadways and construction site navigation
- Proficient in vehicle safety systems and hydraulic controls
- Strong time management with ability to meet tight delivery schedules
- Physical capability to climb equipment and work in outdoor conditions
