Responsibilities
- Safely operate dump trucks to transport construction materials, gravel, or debris to job sites
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety compliance
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation for each haul
- Collaborate with site supervisors to coordinate loading/unloading schedules
- Adhere strictly to DOT regulations and company safety protocols
- Basic equipment maintenance and troubleshooting on-site
- Secure loads and cover materials as required by safety standards
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or B Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
- Minimum 2 years of commercial driving experience
- Clean driving record with no major violations in past 3 years
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in all weather conditions
- Pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
- Familiarity with Louisville metro area routes preferred
- DOT medical certification required
