Responsibilities
- Safely operate dump trucks to transport construction materials and debris
- Perform pre-trip inspections and routine vehicle maintenance checks
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and paperwork
- Adhere strictly to DOT regulations and safety protocols
- Coordinate with site supervisors for efficient loading/unloading
- Manage delivery routes to optimize time and fuel efficiency
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and team members
Qualifications
- Valid Class B CDL with Hazmat endorsement (or willingness to obtain)
- Minimum 2 years commercial driving experience
- Clean driving record (no major violations in 3 years)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in outdoor conditions
- Pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Knowledge of Laredo area roads and construction sites
- Strong attention to detail and safety compliance
