Responsibilities
- Safely operate dump trucks and heavy equipment on construction sites and haul routes
- Pre-trip/post-trip inspections and basic maintenance documentation
- Adhere to DOT regulations and company safety protocols
- Load/unload materials at job sites and transfer stations
- Maintain clean, professional vehicle appearance
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and site supervisors
- Complete daily paperwork and delivery logs
Qualifications
- Valid Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
- Clean driving record (no major violations in 3 years)
- Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen and physical
- Basic mechanical knowledge preferred
- Ability to lift 50 lbs occasionally
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions
- Previous dump truck experience preferred but not required
