Responsibilities
- Safely operate dump trucks to transport construction materials, gravel, and debris to job sites
- Perform pre-trip inspections and maintain accurate delivery logs
- Coordinate with dispatch team for efficient routing and on-time deliveries
- Adhere to all DOT regulations and company safety protocols
- Assist in loading/unloading materials using proper equipment techniques
- Complete daily maintenance reports and address minor mechanical issues
- Communicate effectively with site supervisors and team members
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or B Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
- Minimum 1 year of dump truck experience
- Clean driving record with no major violations
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Knowledge of local Indianapolis roadways and construction zones
- Basic mechanical troubleshooting skills
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
