Responsibilities
- Safely operate dump trucks and heavy machinery on construction sites and haul routes
- Perform pre-trip inspections and routine equipment maintenance
- Adhere strictly to DOT regulations and company safety protocols
- Manage material loading/unloading with precision and efficiency
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation
- Collaborate with dispatch team for timely route adjustments
- Represent company standards through professional conduct and appearance
Qualifications
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) required
- Minimum 2 years commercial driving experience
- Clean driving record (no DUIs in past 5 years)
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in all weather conditions
- DOT medical certification current
- Familiarity with GPS navigation and route planning
- Strong mechanical aptitude for basic troubleshooting
- Pass background check and drug screening
