Responsibilities
- Safely operate dump trucks and heavy equipment for construction and material transport projects
- Conduct pre-trip inspections and maintain accurate vehicle maintenance logs
- Adhere to strict DOT regulations and company safety protocols
- Load/unload materials at job sites with precision and efficiency
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and site supervisors
- Manage delivery schedules to meet project deadlines
- Document daily operations and submit required paperwork
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL with clean driving record (no DUIs in past 5 years)
- Minimum 2 years commercial dump truck experience
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Strong knowledge of Nebraska roadways and construction zones
- Basic equipment maintenance skills
- Excellent time management and communication abilities
- Ability to work in various weather conditions
- Willingness to operate end-dump and side-dump configurations
