Responsibilities
- Operate dump trucks safely and efficiently on job sites and public roads
- Perform daily pre/post-trip inspections and routine vehicle maintenance
- Load/unload materials using proper techniques and equipment protocols
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation
- Adhere strictly to DOT regulations and company safety policies
- Collaborate with site supervisors for timely material delivery
- Assist in minor equipment troubleshooting when needed
Qualifications
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
- Minimum 2 years commercial driving experience
- Clean driving record (no major violations in 3 years)
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Knowledge of Lincoln area routes and construction sites
- Strong commitment to workplace safety
- Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work varied shifts including early mornings
