Responsibilities
- Safely transport passengers throughout Pittsburgh and surrounding areas using personal vehicle
- Maintain professional appearance and exceptional customer service standards
- Utilize CityRide app for efficient navigation, trip acceptance, and real-time earnings tracking
- Adhere to all local traffic laws and CityRide safety protocols
- Complete thorough vehicle inspections before each shift
- Report maintenance issues and coordinate prompt repairs
- Optimize earnings through strategic timing and route selection
Qualifications
- Valid Pennsylvania driver's license with clean driving record
- Minimum 3 years driving experience
- Reliable 4-door vehicle in excellent condition (2010 or newer)
- Smartphone with iOS/Android capability and reliable data plan
- Ability to pass background check and vehicle inspection
- Strong knowledge of Pittsburgh neighborhoods and traffic patterns
