Responsibilities
- Safely operate dump trucks to transport construction materials, debris, and aggregates to job sites
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle compliance and safety
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation using our remote-friendly digital portal
- Adhere to DOT regulations, traffic laws, and company safety policies
- Coordinate with dispatch and site supervisors via remote communication tools
- Perform minor maintenance checks and report mechanical issues promptly
- Assist in loading/unloading materials at job sites when required
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years of dump truck or heavy equipment operation experience
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Strong understanding of safety protocols and construction site procedures
- Basic mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting equipment issues
- Comfortable with remote work tools for scheduling and documentation
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions
- Positive attitude and commitment to teamwork
