Responsibilities
- Safely operate dump trucks and heavy equipment at construction sites and hauling locations
- Perform pre-trip inspections and routine maintenance checks
- Transport construction materials, debris, and waste to designated locations
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and safety documentation
- Adhere to all federal, state, and local traffic regulations
- Collaborate with site managers and team members for efficient operations
- Support emergency response and stormwater management initiatives
Qualifications
- Valid California Class A or B Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
- Minimum 1 year of driving experience (commercial or heavy equipment preferred)
- Pass DOT physical and drug screening requirements
- Clean driving record with no major violations in past 3 years
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in various weather conditions
- Basic knowledge of safety protocols and hazard awareness
- Strong communication skills and reliability
- Willingness to complete company-sponsored training program
