Responsibilities
- Safely operate dump trucks to transport construction materials, gravel, or debris
- Conduct daily pre-trip inspections and maintenance checks
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and DOT compliance documentation
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and traffic regulations
- Collaborate with site supervisors for efficient loading/unloading
- Perform minor equipment troubleshooting and basic repairs
- Communicate effectively with dispatch team and clients
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to obtain CDL Class A/B (training provided)
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in outdoor conditions
- Basic math skills for load calculations and documentation
- Reliable transportation to training facility
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends
