Responsibilities
- Safely operate dump trucks to transport construction materials across job sites
- Perform daily vehicle inspections and preventive maintenance checks
- Maintain accurate trip logs and delivery documentation
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company regulations
- Coordinate with dispatchers and site supervisors for efficient operations
- Assist with loading/unloading materials using proper equipment techniques
- Represent the company professionally while interacting with clients and partners
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record (no major violations in 3 years)
- Ability to obtain Class B CDL through our paid training program
- Pass DOT physical, drug screening, and background check
- Physical capability to climb equipment, lift 50+ lbs, and work in all weather
- Basic mechanical aptitude and understanding of vehicle systems
- Strong commitment to safety and punctuality
- Willingness to work flexible hours including early mornings and weekends
- Prior construction or driving experience preferred but not required
