Responsibilities
- Safely operate dump trucks for material transport and construction sites
- Perform pre-trip inspections and daily equipment maintenance
- Adhere strictly to DOT regulations and company safety protocols
- Manage loading/unloading operations with precision
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation
- Collaborate with site supervisors and team members
- Participate in ongoing safety and skills training
Qualifications
- Valid Texas driver's license (Class A/B preferred but not required)
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Willingness to obtain CDL through our paid training program
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Basic mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in various weather conditions

- No major traffic violations in the past 3 years
