Responsibilities
- Safely operate heavy dump trucks on various job sites throughout the Minneapolis metro area.
- Perform thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure compliance with DOT regulations.
- Load and unload construction materials such as gravel, sand, and dirt efficiently.
- Maintain a clean driving record and adhere to all safety protocols and traffic laws.
- Communicate effectively with site supervisors and team members to ensure project efficiency.
- Keep the truck cabin and cargo area organized and clean at all times.
Qualifications
- Valid CDL Class A License (or eligibility to obtain one through our paid training program).
- Clean driving record (MVR) with no major violations in the past 3 years.
- Ability to pass a comprehensive background check and drug screen.
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy loads and stand for extended periods.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and a commitment to safety.
