Responsibilities
- Safely operate dump trucks and heavy machinery in various construction environments.
- Load and unload materials (gravel, sand, dirt) efficiently and safely.
- Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure mechanical safety.
- Maintain accurate logs of trip details, hours of service, and delivery locations.
- Adhere strictly to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and site supervisors to coordinate logistics.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver’s License (Class A, B, or C with Airbrakes is preferred).
- Clear driving record with no major violations in the past 3 years.
- Physical ability to lift heavy objects and endure standing for long periods.
- Willingness to undergo a drug screen and background check.
- Basic mechanical knowledge is a plus but not required.
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
