Responsibilities
- Safely operate dump trucks to transport construction materials and debris
- Perform pre-trip inspections and basic vehicle maintenance
- Adhere strictly to DOT regulations and safety protocols
- Collaborate with site supervisors for efficient load management
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and paperwork
- Support loading/unloading operations as needed
- Represent company with professional conduct at all job sites
Qualifications
- Valid Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) or willingness to obtain during paid training
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Basic mechanical knowledge for equipment checks
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
- Willingness to work flexible hours including early mornings
