Responsibilities
- Operate dump trucks safely to transport construction materials, aggregates, and dirt to job sites
- Perform daily vehicle inspections and pre/post-trip safety checks
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and paperwork following DOT regulations
- Coordinate with site supervisors and team members for efficient loading/unloading
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies at all times
- Assist with minor equipment maintenance and basic troubleshooting
- Represent the company professionally while interacting with clients and partners
Qualifications
- Valid California driver's license (Class C minimum)
- Ability to obtain CDL-A within 6 months (training provided)
- Clean driving record (no major violations in past 3 years)
- Physical ability to climb equipment, lift up to 50 lbs, and work outdoors
- Basic math skills for material quantity calculations
- Reliable transportation to our Fresno facility
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Willingness to work flexible hours including early mornings
