Responsibilities
- Safely operate dump trucks to transport loose materials such as dirt, gravel, or asphalt.
- Load and unload trucks using skid steers, forklifts, or hand tools.
- Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety compliance.
- Maintain a clean and organized truck cab and bed.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and site supervisors.
Qualifications
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with a clean driving record.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience operating dump trucks.
- Ability to pass a DOT physical examination.
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects and work in various weather conditions.
- Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
