Key Responsibilities
As a Dump Truck Driver, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient transport of construction materials. Your duties will include:

- Operate dump trucks safely and efficiently to transport soil, gravel, and construction debris to and from job sites.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure compliance with DOT regulations and safety standards.
- Load and unload materials using winches, loaders, or forklifts as necessary, ensuring proper weight distribution.
- Maintain a clean and organized truck cab and trailer at all times.
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers, site managers, and crew members to coordinate schedules and deliveries.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols to prevent accidents and injuries.
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with required endorsements.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience operating heavy dump trucks in a construction or commercial environment.
- Strong knowledge of DOT regulations, vehicle inspection procedures, and weight limits.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy items and endure long hours on the road or job site.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and a commitment to safety.
