Responsibilities
- Safely operate dump trucks to transport construction materials, debris, and aggregates
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and compliance
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation
- Adhere strictly to DOT regulations and company safety protocols
- Collaborate with site supervisors and team members for efficient operations
- Perform minor equipment maintenance and report issues promptly
- Navigate complex construction sites and urban routes efficiently
- Represent Tampa Transport Solutions with professionalism at all client sites
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) required
- Minimum 2 years of dump truck operation experience
- Clean MVR with no major violations in the past 3 years
- Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
- Strong understanding of DOT regulations and safety standards
- Physical ability to perform manual tasks in varying weather conditions
- Excellent time management and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including early mornings and weekends
