Responsibilities
- Safely operate dump trucks to transport construction materials, aggregates, and debris to designated sites
- Conduct pre-trip inspections and report maintenance issues to ensure operational safety
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and comply with DOT regulations and company policies
- Collaborate with site supervisors to optimize loading/unloading operations
- Operate in diverse terrains including urban, rural, and off-road environments
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and emergency response procedures
Qualifications
- Valid Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with hazmat endorsement preferred
- Minimum 2 years of dump truck operation experience
- Clean MVR record with no major violations in past 3 years
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Knowledge of El Paso's transportation routes and regulations
- Strong mechanical aptitude and basic troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work in extreme weather conditions and flexible shifts
