Responsibilities
- Safely operate dump trucks to transport construction materials, soil, and debris to designated job sites
- Conduct daily pre-trip inspections and report maintenance needs
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and compliance documentation
- Collaborate with site supervisors for efficient loading/unloading operations
- Adhere to all DOT regulations and Hawaii state traffic laws
- Perform minor equipment troubleshooting and basic preventative maintenance
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or B Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
- Clean driving record with no major violations in past 3 years
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Basic knowledge of construction materials and site safety protocols
- Physical ability to climb equipment and perform manual tasks
- Strong time management and communication skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours including early mornings
