Responsibilities
- Safely operate dump trucks and heavy equipment at construction sites and quarries
- Conduct pre-trip inspections and basic maintenance checks
- Load/unload materials using proper safety protocols
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation
- Adhere to DOT regulations and company safety standards
- Coordinate with dispatch team for efficient route planning
- Perform minor equipment troubleshooting in the field
Qualifications
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
- Minimum 2 years dump truck operation experience
- Clean MVR with no major violations in past 3 years
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Knowledge of Tampa Bay area construction routes
- Basic mechanical troubleshooting skills
- Strong attention to safety and detail
- Ability to work in varying weather conditions
