Responsibilities
- Safely operate company-provided dump trucks on construction and industrial sites
- Perform daily pre-trip/post-trip inspections and basic equipment checks
- Transport construction materials (dirt, gravel, asphalt) to designated locations
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation
- Adhere strictly to DOT regulations and safety protocols
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and site supervisors
- Assist with minor equipment troubleshooting as needed
Qualifications
- Valid Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with clean MVR
- Minimum 2 years dump truck operation experience
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Familiarity with Tampa Bay area roadways and job sites
- Basic mechanical knowledge for equipment safety checks
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Ability to lift 50 lbs occasionally
