Responsibilities
- Safely operate dump trucks for material transport on construction sites
- Perform daily pre-trip inspections and basic maintenance
- Load/unload materials efficiently at job sites
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and paperwork
- Adhere to all DOT regulations and safety protocols
- Collaborate with site supervisors and team members
- Operate GPS navigation systems for route optimization
Qualifications
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
- Minimum 2 years dump truck experience
- Clean driving record with no major violations
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Knowledge of Virginia Beach construction zones
