Responsibilities
- Safely operate dump trucks for material transport (asphalt, gravel, soil, etc.)
- Perform pre/post-trip inspections and daily vehicle maintenance checks
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation
- Adhere strictly to DOT regulations and safety protocols
- Coordinate with dispatch team and on-site supervisors
- Load/unload materials using proper equipment techniques
- Assist in maintaining clean and organized job sites
Qualifications
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
- Minimum 2 years dump truck experience
- Clean MVR with no major violations in past 3 years
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Strong knowledge of local Stockton/San Joaquin County routes
- Basic mechanical troubleshooting skills
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in all weather conditions
- Excellent time management and communication skills
