Responsibilities
- Operate box truck safely and efficiently for local/regional deliveries
- Complete pre/post-trip inspections and maintain vehicle logs
- Ensure timely pickup/delivery of freight while maintaining client satisfaction
- Adhere to DOT regulations and safety protocols at all times
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and clients regarding shipment status
- Manage basic vehicle maintenance and coordinate repairs as needed
Qualifications
- Valid Class B CDL license with clean MVR (3+ years)
- Minimum 2 years box truck driving experience
- Reliable late-model box truck (26' or larger) with proper insurance
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
- Smartphone with GPS and reliable communication
- Strong time management and customer service skills
- Pass background check and drug screening
