Responsibilities
- Safely operate delivery vehicles to transport Amazon packages to residential and commercial addresses
- Manage delivery routes efficiently to meet daily performance targets
- Maintain accurate delivery records and scan packages upon delivery
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Perform pre-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs
- Adhere to all traffic laws and Amazon safety protocols
- Collaborate with dispatch team for route adjustments and problem resolution
Qualifications
- Valid Pennsylvania driver's license with clean driving record
- Minimum 1 year of commercial driving experience
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 pounds repeatedly
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Basic smartphone proficiency for delivery scanning
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
- Pass background check and drug screening
