Responsibilities
- Safely operate dump trucks to transport construction materials, dirt, or debris
- Pre-trip/post-trip inspections and maintenance documentation
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and DOT regulations
- Plan efficient routes to meet delivery deadlines
- Maintain clean and compliant vehicle interiors/exteriors
- Coordinate with dispatchers and on-site supervisors
- Load/unload materials using proper equipment techniques
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years dump truck experience
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in Texas weather
- Pass pre-employment background/drug screen
- Familiarity with Dallas metro routes and construction sites
- Basic mechanical knowledge for minor troubleshooting
- Strong time management and communication skills
