Responsibilities
- Safely operate dump trucks to transport construction materials between job sites and suppliers
- Perform pre-trip/post-trip inspections and document vehicle conditions
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and route documentation
- Adhere strictly to DOT regulations and local traffic laws
- Collaborate with dispatch team for efficient scheduling and route optimization
- Assist in loading/unloading operations as needed
- Report mechanical issues and participate in preventive maintenance
Qualifications
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years dump truck operation experience
- Ability to pass background check and DOT physical examination
- Proficiency in operating heavy equipment in various weather conditions
- Strong understanding of safety protocols and material handling procedures
- Excellent time management and communication skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours including early mornings and weekends
