Responsibilities
- Operate dump trucks safely to transport construction materials (dirt, gravel, asphalt)
- Perform pre-trip inspections and ensure vehicle maintenance compliance
- Follow precise delivery schedules and GPS routing instructions
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation
- Adhere to strict OSHA and DOT safety protocols
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and site supervisors
- Manage loading/unloading operations with hydraulic controls
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL with clean driving record (no major violations in 3 years)
- Minimum 2 years commercial driving experience
- Dump truck operation certification preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in outdoor conditions
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Knowledge of Minnesota roadways and construction zones
- Strong time management and problem-solving skills
