Responsibilities
- Safely operate dump trucks to transport construction materials (dirt, gravel, asphalt) to job sites
- Perform daily pre-trip inspections and basic vehicle maintenance
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and DOT regulations
- Collaborate with site supervisors for efficient loading/unloading operations
- Navigate complex construction sites and urban Dallas traffic
- Communicate professionally with dispatch and team members
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or B Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
- Minimum 2 years commercial driving experience
- Clean MVR with no major violations in past 3 years
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and operate heavy machinery
- Pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
- Knowledge of Dallas metro area and surrounding counties
- DOT medical certification
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
