Responsibilities
- Safe and efficient delivery of freight within Buffalo metropolitan area and upstate NY
- Pre-trip inspections and compliance with DOT regulations
- Maintaining accurate delivery logs and documentation
- Coordination with dispatch team for optimal routing
- Building client relationships through professional service
- Vehicle maintenance coordination and record-keeping
Qualifications
- Valid Class B CDL with air brake endorsement
- Minimum 2 years box truck experience
- Clean driving record (no major violations in 3 years)
- DOT medical certification
- Proof of commercial liability insurance ($1M minimum)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
- Smartphone with GPS capability
