Responsibilities
- Safely operate dump trucks to transport construction materials (gravel, sand, asphalt) to job sites
- Perform thorough pre-trip inspections and daily maintenance checks
- Load/unload materials efficiently using hydraulic controls
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation
- Adhere strictly to DOT regulations and safety protocols
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and site supervisors
- Navigate diverse terrains and urban routes in the Phoenix metro area
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or B Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
- Minimum 2 years dump truck driving experience
- Clean MVR with no major violations in past 3 years
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Strong knowledge of Arizona traffic laws and roadways
- Physical ability to climb equipment and lift up to 50 lbs
- Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
