Responsibilities
- Safely operate dump trucks for material transport at construction sites and quarries
- Perform pre/post-trip inspections and maintain accurate logs
- Adhere strictly to DOT regulations and company safety protocols
- Coordinate with dispatch team via remote communication apps
- Load/unload materials efficiently at job sites
- Maintain clean vehicle appearance and basic maintenance
- Support team members during peak operational periods
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or B Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
- Minimum 2 years dump truck experience
- Clean MVR with no major violations in 3 years
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Familiarity with Reno/Sparks area and regional routes
- Basic equipment operation knowledge (hydraulic controls, etc.)
- Strong remote communication skills (phone/app-based)
- Physical ability to climb equipment and work outdoors
